Our second year with Aki. Still part puppy, he’s developing character (and lots of it), with the attitude, intelligence, and defiance that comes with being a Shiba Inu. He keeps the world in check on instagram @iamluckyaki.
Life with a Shiba Inu is bound to be filled with adventures. 
Aki is curious and inquisitive, and ready to go. 
He loves running free. (We don’t speak about the time he got loose for over an hour.) 
We certainly photograph him a lot. But he puts up with it. 
Still, he’s got his attitude. 
And snarkiness. (Is that a word? It certainly fits. Shiba’s are persistent until they get what they want.) 
And his adoring fans. (Most of whom think he looks like a fox.) 
Is this how a fox poses? 
He loves to travel. 
And explore new places. 
Even if he’s skeptical of the local wildlife at times. 
So, cheers to a lovely year with Aki. 
And looking forward to adventures in 2018!
