Aki came to us at the beginning of 2016, and quickly became an important part of our family. He’s even a rock star on instagram @iamluckyaki!
Aki came to us at the beginning of 2016. 
When he first came home, his bed was giant. Now he barely fits in. 
Puppies are adorable. It almost makes you not mind teaching them that the house isn’t their toilette. We lived in the kitchen for a month. 
Shiba Inu’s are smart. Aki always seems to know what is going on, even if he doesn’t comply. 
This was Aki’s first bath. And the only one where he didn’t ferociously object. (He didn’t know what was coming…) 
He loves his toys. 
He loves the snow. 
And he loves to play catch. 
But when it comes to bringing the ball back… not so much. 
Aki learned quickly that we take his photo a lot (every day). He tolerates it. 
And again. 
Even if we place him in odd places. 
But he’s got a loving family… which is all that matters at the end of the day.
